Multidisciplinary artist: actor, opera singer, and stage director. I earned my Theatre Studies Diploma (DET) from the Conservatory of Theatre in Avignon, then pursued lyrical singing at the Regional Conservatory of Lyon and the Haute \u00c9cole de Musique in Neuch\u00e2tel. For a decade, I worked at the Op\u00e9ra de Lausanne as both a soloist and a member of the chorus.<\/p>\n

In August 2017, I directed my first opera production\u2014Plat\u00e9e by Rameau\u2014in collaboration with the Jeun\u2019voix youth ensemble of Geneva. In April 2021, I co-directed Michael Nyman\u2019s opera The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat.<\/p>\n

Alongside my artistic journey, I am also a certified Qi Gong instructor (1st Duan level) and a professional listener within a Geneva-based public-interest association.<\/p>\n

Why is the International Day Against Harassment and for Inclusion in the Workplace so important?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am convinced that establishing an International Day Against Harassment and for Inclusion in the Workplace has become essential. It allows us to fully grasp the extent of the suffering caused by the various forms of harassment and discrimination\u2014not only for the victims and their loved ones, but also for organizations themselves, given the human and economic consequences involved.<\/p>\n

Behind every case of harassment are women and men in distress. After an initial phase of raising awareness and encouraging people to speak out, it is now crucial to take concrete action. The initiative of May 24 represents an opportunity to initiate this paradigm shift.<\/p>\n
