Perrine Yabi\u00a0<\/strong>is a social and cultural entrepreneur, consultant and project facilitator.<\/p>\n

Perrine has been entrepreneuring since 2007 at the intersection of the associative, institutional and entrepreneurial spheres. A former state administrator in the field of migration, she has developed expertise at the interface between public commitments and independent initiatives.<\/p>\n

A graduate of the Geneva Hotel School, she co-founded WaxUp Africa and Afrodyss\u00e9e, co-launched Africanity and co-created AfrikaLab, now Geneva’s African cultural house.<\/p>\n

Director of the OAMI Collective, which co-manages AfrikaLab, and of Made In Geneva, the association that launched the sewing workshop in the Grottes neighbourhood, she affirms her commitment to local and responsible production.<\/p>\n

Since 2024, she has been supporting project leaders and developing her own initiatives through MahpyVision.com, while leading bridge-building projects with Africa \u2014 pursuing a constant ambition: creating connections, bringing together talents and turning creative momentum into concrete action.<\/p>\n

This International Day is essential because it sheds light on realities that are still too often minimised or made invisible. It serves as a reminder that everyone must be able to work in a professional environment that is safe, respectful and dignified. It is also an opportunity to draw on our experiences, share testimonies and expertise, and mobilise a quality network in order to bring forth concrete and lasting solutions for more inclusive workplaces. The edition organised in the City of Geneva over recent years is truly exceptional, as it creates a valuable space for dialogue, collective reflection and impact.<\/p>\n
