Harassment affects the entire world of work: human and financial resources, people and structures. In total, one third of working people report unwelcome behavior in the past year. Aware that such a movement could not be carried by one person or one entity alone, she sought to bring together other voices to collectively carry the message of humanity at the heart of this effort.<\/p>\n She thus brought together individuals and organizations united by shared values, to give momentum to the movement and ensure its sustainability. Its name, derived from \u201cRotary in Action,\u201d reflects the hands-on commitment of its members to serving their communities.<\/p>\n Each club brings together individuals aged 18 and over \u2014 students, young professionals, entrepreneurs \u2014 who are committed to creating meaningful local impact while developing leadership skills and expanding their international network.<\/p>\n Rotaract members design and lead their own initiatives, including community service projects, social and humanitarian actions, professional events, and personal development programs.
