Jo\u00eblle Payom<\/strong> is a consultant, trainer, and external trusted contact for organisations. An expert in the prevention of workplace harassment and discrimination and in crisis management, she helps organisations and individuals identify early warning signs, prevent harm, and take action to better protect themselves.<\/p>\n

After more than 15 years serving matrix organizations across various sectors, she founded Rezalliance<\/strong> <\/a>in 2020 \u2014 a Geneva-based non-profit dedicated to raising awareness of harassment and discrimination in all their forms. Rezalliance promotes a constructive, pragmatic, and cross-functional approach to strengthening inclusion and protecting the integrity of every individual at work, regardless of their visible or invisible differences. It brings together a multidisciplinary network of experts to provide systemic solutions to a systemic problem.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Rezalliance launched the International Day Against Harassment and for Inclusion in the World of Work #24May<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Jo\u00eblle holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages, a master’s in trade and negotiation, a master’s in international procurement, and a leadership certification from INSEAD. She is also a lecturer at the University of Geneva on harassment, discrimination, diversity and inclusion, a columnist for the daily newspaper Le Temps<\/em> on workplace and equity issues, and a member of the Advisory Commission on Gender Equality of the Canton of Geneva.<\/p>\n

Why did she launch this international day?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The various forms of harassment and discrimination cause profound trauma at the individual, organisational, and societal levels. It is essential to act on all fronts \u2014 preventing cases, supporting victims, and strengthening organisational governance. This is how we protect both the integrity of individuals and the reputation of the organisations that employ them.<\/em><\/p>\n
