I have always been a person driven by problem-solving and motivating others. I am convinced that every individual has something valuable to contribute — and that our role is to build on those strengths.
This does not mean we must always agree. On the contrary, it is essential to understand where others are coming from. Sometimes a constructive debate — followed by alignment — is far more powerful than a superficial consensus.
This mindset has guided me throughout my career, leading international companies around the world. I have had the privilege of serving as CEO on several occasions and, more recently, as Chairman in industrial companies. I have had the chance to embrace the unknown, to keep learning, and above all, to find solutions in collaboration with others.
This is also why I am particularly enthusiastic about Rotary and my role as Governor. All Rotarians are different, but we share the same values. What an extraordinary group of people.
