Workplace Harassment and Discrimination: Trends, Boundaries, and Practical Tools

Karine Eychenne Serizay is a llawyer specialising in employment law and social insurance. She first practised for around ten years as a social law attorney in Paris before continuing her career in Geneva, where she notably collaborated for three years at the University of Geneva. In 2017, she joined FER Genève, initially as a legal counsel and then as head of the legal department of the AVS FER CIAM fund. She was appointed head of the legal assistance and advisory service (SAJEC) at FER Genève on 1 January 2026. Alongside this, she has for several years been acting as a part-time clerk and legal adviser at the Geneva Labour Court. Her professional career, marked by two decades dedicated to employment law, has given her a deep understanding of issues related to workplace harassment, the protection of personal integrity, and the prevention obligations incumbent on employers.
