Fight For Dignity

Laurence Fischer is a triple world karate champion. She led a 15-year international career combining performance, entrepreneurship, teaching, and social commitment. She founded Fight For Dignity, a pioneering NGO in the reconstruction through sport of survivors of sexual violence, through the development of an innovative programme including sport-health tools designed to help women build greater resilience. From 2019 to 2023, she served as Ambassador for Sport for the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, working for French sports diplomacy in the service of peace, cooperation, and development.

Why is the International Day Against Harassment and for Inclusion in the Workplace so important?

Workplace harassment is an invisible and silent form of violence. But solutions exist, and this day is proof of that. It is together that we will succeed in better combating this scourge. Raising awareness, preventing, and rebuilding. Because human dignity must be respected.
