Why is the International Day Against Harassment and for Inclusion in the Workplace so important?

The International Day against Harassment and for Inclusion in the World of Work is incredibly relevant because it highlights the need for safe, inclusive, and respectful environments for all employees, particularly those with disabilities and neurodivergent individuals. In the world of work, people with disabilities often face discrimination, harassment, and exclusion, making it harder for them to thrive in their careers and contribute meaningfully to society. This day serves as a reminder that we must create workplaces where everyone, regardless of their abilities or neurodivergence, is treated with dignity and respect.
